CrossFit is a fitness regimen that incorporates “constantly varied functional movements performed at high intensity.” Developed by Greg Glassman, it grew over decades of researching how to combine movements that would lead to the highest benefit in the shortest amount of time. Unlike many sports and fitness programs that specialize movements, CrossFit deliberately stretches to encompass every movement in each of the ten fitness domains.
